First Presbyterian Church, 9 Paine (off Main Rte. 20A), East Aurora

Trevor and Elizabeth Thompson will present a fun workshop on mead making and creams and salves.

There will be a $5 charge at the door to cover costs.

Refreshments will be served

Door prizes, free literature, catalogs.  Bring bee equipment for sale.

Don't forget to pay your annual $10 dues.

Dr. Mehmed Imamovic will share some of his insights into nutrition.  He is a vet in Amherst, NY.

His initial training was in what was formerly Yugoslavia, where honey bees and nutrition are an important part of veterinary training. 

Also, part two of Questions/Discussion among members guided by an Ohio State University video.

Mentor new and 'early' beekeepers

Not a class, but a chance to help a beekeeper do what's necessary.  Tentatively scheduled for two or three Saturdays in May.  Participants must have their own bee gear.

Association Profile

We are a not for profit association located in Western New York which includes regions as far East as Rochester, North to Lake Ontario, West to Lake Erie, and South to the Pennsylvania border.  Our association includes hobbyists as well as commercial bee keepers.  If you are interested in becoming a bee keeper please attend an upcoming meeting.
